1. Return Window
- 7-Day Return Policy: You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Valid Reasons for Returns

3. Non-Returnable Items [9]

- Perishable Goods: Food items or flowers.
- Custom Products: Personalized gifts or custom-made "Poshaks."
- Personal Care: Items like oils or cosmetics once the seal is broken.
- Innerwear/Health Items: Due to hygiene standards.
4. Refund Process
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
- Mode of Refund: Refunds are credited to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD), we will request your bank details or UPI ID to initiate a secure transfer. [2, 4, 10, 11, 12]
5. Return Shipping Fees
- Faulty/Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), BrajKart will bear the full cost of return shipping.
- Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, a nominal shipping/restocking fee may be deducted from your refund. [6, 7]
6. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To ensure a smooth dispute resolution, we strongly recommend customers record an unboxing video when opening the parcel. This serves as primary evidence for claims regarding missing or damaged items. [6, 13]
